By submitting MY STORY, I grant Christmas SPIRIT Foundation the right to use and publish the material in such a manner as Christmas SPIRIT Foundation shall elect. I understand that publication could be online, in printed materials, or in any medium currently known or devised in the future.

The Christmas SPIRIT Foundation may edit, modify, reformat, and/or process the information in MY STORY in a manner the Christmas SPIRIT Foundation may deem professionally necessary for reproduction. The Christmas SPIRIT Foundation warrants that such edit, modification, reformatting and/or reprocessing of MY STORY will not substantially change the intent of the original story. This permission applies to the Christmas SPIRIT Foundation and its successors, assigns and licensees. Permission is unconditional, irrevocable and non-exclusive (I can still tell my story in other publications, etc.).

Should the Christmas SPIRIT Foundation license the use of the story in any format other than in a Christmas SPIRIT Foundation publication or Web site, the Christmas SPIRIT Foundation will attempt to notify the author using the information submitted with the story.
